Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and other documents. Supervise & guide the Operators, Helpers and other Production Workers. Conduct In-Process checking to ensure product quality as per specification. Monitor productivity on daily, monthly as well as yearly basis
