Position: Asst. Manager, HR & Admin

Responsibilities:

Recruiting and staffing.
Organizational departmental planning.
Organization development.
Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
Policy development.
Company-wide committee facilitation.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
Develop conceptual framework & strategy for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to review employee productivity.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.

Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management or Human Resource Management

Additional Qualification:

Age 30 to 38 years.
