Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis. Follow up with commercial team on correct shipping doc's, shipment advice & payment too. Sourcing of fabrics & Accessories from locally & abroad Handle all Merchandising issues independently starting from query to shipment. Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
Bachelor degree in any discipline

Minimum 10 years practical working experience with ALDI as a Sr. Merchandiser/ Merchandiser in 100% Export Oriented Woven (denim & non-denim). Strong Computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing). Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible. Good command over English (Spoken and Written). Negotiation skill and Market Information. Good Communication and Presentation Skills. Must have Vast Knowledge about Bottom (Denim/Non Denim) Garments Merchandising. Must have Working Experience with ALDI. Must have experience to handle buyer/ buying house independently Must have good skill of mail corresponding directly. Must have good knowledge in price quotation and product development. Must have knowledge of Product development. Must have experience to correspond with buyer directly. Must have idea about all kind of washing process of Denim. Have vast knowledge about pricing & have experiences about production, management, shipment inspection and follow up and maintenance of quality issues. Have an in depth knowledge and experience about product and costing for Woven (Denim & Non-Denim) Garments.Have good Knowledge to prepare T&A flow chart to maintain the delivery. Strong Sourcing Knowledge. Should have capability to do multitasking. Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations
