Developing strategic planning for recruitment & selection procedure Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating employee welfare Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc. Prepare KPI based bonus and yearly increment . Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations etc.)
Masters degree in any discipline PGDPM / PGDHRM / MBA in HRM from reputed institution.
Age 30 to 40 years Experience in any reputed RMG Company. Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence. Should have good communication and interpersonal skill. Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office. Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure. Should have adequate knowledge on compliance and its SOP. Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality. Should have sound knowledge on global COCs, Bangladesh Labor Laws and ILO Convention.
