Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash, bank transactions, received and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management, etc. Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, cash & bank transaction. Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the management. Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis. Manage and review billing processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable) Prepare and Maintain Bank related transactions. Prepare all kinds of voucher & work order, & maintain Cheque Register. Prepare Bank Reconciliation. Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition, and daily transactions. Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by authorities
MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed university with a good academic record
