Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to). Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Update and develop proper job descriptions for all positions. Execute, monitor and manage HR related work which includes recruiting, testing, and interviewing; counseling management on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes. Supervise and monitor personnel function like promotions, disciplinary actions, terminations and separation benefits settlement etc. Maintain relation with regulatory authorities (MRA, PKSF, NGOAB, Joint Stock, NBR, BB), law enforcement and government agencies and documentation of legal matters. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. Liaising with the Legal Advisor for statutory and legal issues relating to employment terms and conditions of staff. Prepare and manage correspondence, notes, office memos, notices, reports, MoUs, deeds & agreement documents in Bangla & English. Meeting Coordination (AGM, EC, FC, SMC & Other), prepare agendas and taking minutes of meetings. Support Head of department by accomplishing related results as needed
