Position: Manager/Asst. Manager - Corporate Sales & Solution

Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
Meet with key clients to understand business requirements & maintain excellent client relationship by providing all necessary support.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales plan & ensure the sales target is achieved both in value & volume.
Conduct market research on solar energy industry to find out current market needs of customers & take necessary initiatives support sales activates.
Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently across the country.
Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
Business development communication for sales Project management for partnership or sales process Responsible to achieve the set sales target Project site visit and preparing cost estimation Tender submission Submission of Quotation and proposal to Prospective Customers Follow-up Quotation with the Decision Makers of Prospective Customers Negotiation of Quotation with Customers.
Follow up Order/Indent/PI to open L/C and make payments in time.
Supply Chain Management for Solar Product Import & Export Cost Accounting Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
Represent and negotiating on behalf of the company with key customers.
Follow up on Collections.
Submit data and management report on time.
Maintaining liaison with government & financial institution like BPDB, SREDA, IDCOL etc.
Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.

Education Requirements:

B.Sc/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Additional Qualification:

At least 3 to 7 years' experience in solar energy and managerial responsibility.
Must have experience of planning large scale solar project.
Self-Starter and Motivated to Solar Energy Patience and mentality to grow up with new/startup company Capable to work under pressure to achieve the sales target both monthly & yearly.
Should be self-motivated and proactive to enhance the overall sales & marketing.
Independent worker.
Must maintain confidentiality in correspondence in official works.
Knowledge on Solar Energy Product & Services for Solar Power Plant, Industrial Solar Solution, Solar Irrigation & Residential Solar System.
Experience in Net Metering Project will be preferred.
Analytical ability.
Sound product understanding and application skill.
Love to Sales as Career.
Interpersonal skill.
Strong verbal & written communication skills, both Bangla and English.
Working knowledge on MS Office, Power Point Presentation, AutoCAD, PVSyst & Photoshop.
Software will be preferred.
Electrical ABC License holder will be preferred.
Knowledge on Social Media Marketing.
Should be able to make electrical designs of different types of Solar Solution.
A dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions.
A passion for working hand-in-hand with users to successfully complete projects.
Experience on Solar Product Supply Chain will be preferred.
