Develop and lead Quality Assurance by configuring world class Garment manufacturing and operating profit to the company. Manage and maintain the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments. Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures. Make a bridge with Production-Quality for reducing gaps in understanding of both functions to co-ordinate with Production and Merchandising department. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attribute. Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the quality process and conduct audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report. Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners. Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management. Guide the teams at the pre-production meetings and pilot runs as and when required in order to ensure customer quality requirements are met. Recommend training & development opportunities to employees in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of members. Lead MOS initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational standards such as: SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 6S to maintain a healthy working environment
Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
