Responsible to make and implement HR policies as per local law and different buyers code of conduct. Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws and ILO convention relevant to RMG sector in Bangladesh. Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Health & Safety etc. Transformation to Compliance and maintaining compliance. Handling Disciplinary & Grievance & Employee relation issue as per law. To monitor training/awareness on a regular basis. Maintain relation with Compliance Auditors, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Authorities, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc. Deal with a legal matter like- GD Entry, FIR etc
Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
