To provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team; and be well-acquainted with software Tally, MIS and Costing. To oversee the preparation of all accounts and financial reports for the Top Management. To develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. To do accounting research; manage the processes for financial forecasting; prepare and submit Annual Budget. To manage accounting and financial systems. To provide financial and accounting strategic advice, direction and leadership. To project the financial status by reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends report. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts of the company. To ensure compliance of financial legislation, policies and procedures. To develop and implement purchase policies. To manage investments and reserves. To manage Tax, VAT, Customs Duty, C&F Agent, LC, etc. To have sound knowledge in RMGl legal issues, court of law matters, Joint Stock works, Stock Exchange works, etc. To have sound knowledge in banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc. To accomplish finance human resource strategies by determining account abilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with Masters in Accounting with good computer knowledge.
Minimum 7 years working experience as CFO or senior financial managerial position in a Public Limited Company. Preferable -Chartered Accountant (CA) /ICMA Pass /qualified. Sound knowledge of Corporate Affairs, RMG, Financial Rules, Company Law, Fiscal Policy, VAT, Taxation Law, and ERP/SAP. Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
