Maintain HR reports, documents and files of all employees. Provide HR advice and support to line manager and employees, explain procedures and policies in a timely and effective manner. Generate reports for senior management as per their need for analyzing employee performance Generate and present ideas for organizational development and growth to senior management Orientation and placement of resources in an efficient manner. Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration (Preferably HRM) or relevant field
Speaking clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations. Excellent writing skill in English is critical to succeed in this position. Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc. Knowledge of different software tools for HR management. Proven organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance. High level analytical skills in solving administrative problems. Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task. Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette. Ability to relate with a diverse group of people. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing and human resource strategies
