Ensuring practices and procedures comply by keeping updated on Bproperty Service Rules and external labor & industrial laws of Bangladesh; Lead engagement with Department Heads and with employees on various Employee Relation matters, to conduct exit interviews and identify exit trends, and to conduct (or as appropriate, lead) investigations into all charges of disciplinary issues; Ensure that all HR records and returns are maintained regularly and timely within expected time frames; Manage different end to end process like employee confirmation, transfer & promotion, employee separation and clearance, etc.; Advise and respond to HR Operations programs, practices and procedures; Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management from time to time;
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Age 28 to 35 years Both males and females are allowed to apply Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills; Sound knowledge of applicable laws including but not limited to Bangladesh Labour Act; Must have a great analytical skill and able to perform sensitivity and fairness reviews on big data platform; An ability to work efficiently under pressure. Raise the bar for how efficient HR operational excellence; Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills; Capable of working with minimal Supervision, honesty, record keeping skills, follows instructions well; Familiar with HR Operations Software. Strong attention to detail; Multi-tasking abilities and ability to work on a deadline;
