Planning, developing, preparing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR and Compliance in accordance with legal perspective and cost control. * Handle & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment (e.g. post job advertisement, short list potential candidates, arrange interview etc), selection, placement, compensation/benefits. * Ensure timely issuing of several HR related letters viz. Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Job Separation Letter and so on * Monitoring & analysis leaves, absenteeism, migration of employees (staff & workers) and report same to management on daily & monthly accordingly. * Preparing department wise organogram & standard operating procedure (SOP) and prepare job description as well. * Look after the matters relating to wages, compensation & benefit, final settlement, maternity & death case, insurance, employee's counseling, grievance & disciplinary issues, several committee meeting, file (personal file) management of both existing & separated employees and others motivational program for employee retention. * Prepare training calendar for the year and make sure training on monthly basis pertaining to several topics such as- o Basics of Bangladesh labor law & rules, induction/orientation, employment terms & conditions, compensation & benefit, working hour, over time, all kind of leave (CL, SL, AL, FL, ML, WH) procedure, harassment/abuse, grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure, maternity benefit, resignation, termination, company's & buyers rules & regulation/CoC, first aid, awareness of baby's mother & childcare governess, section wise risk, PPE, fire safety, product safety, electric safety, environmental health & safety, chemical management, EMS, waste management, CTPAT, mid level management, 5S, GOTS, OCS, GRS, female worker empowerment, PC, SC, CC, AHGC, big sister and so on are done timely for workers and staffs.
