Responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of factory machines. Look after the activities of various projects at inside of factory Ensure Schedule and preventive maintenance of electrical & mechanical sections. Ensure immediate necessary steps to solve the machine problem considering quality work Coordinate and communicate with the procurement department, Central sore for spare parts, machine tools or to meet up emergency crisis. Ensure submission of in time requisition to procurement dept. Sound knowledge and experience in Generator, substation, electrical distribution system, PFI panel, respective controlling panel, AC-DC motors, Servo motor, stepper motor, inverter etc. Monitor, guide and manage workshop activities and ensure smooth operation of the same. Take necessary steps to ensure proper electrical, mechanical and other utility activity in time. Lead, supervise, monitor and apprise the daily activities if the subordinates motivate and coaching for performance development. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time. To identify, define all Electrical problems in any section of the factory and solve quickly. To follow standard operating procedure for entire operations & work. Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule and ensure proper implementation Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department. Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all machines of factory. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for scheduled machines maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance, rout cause analysis etc. Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical/mechanical job. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Any other task assigned by Management
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Major in Mechanical
