Position: Manager - Factory

Vacancy: Not specific

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for oversee all daily operations of the factory to ensuring policies and procedure are followed.
  • Leading capacity for factory operation as per organizational policy and standard.
  • Team leading, supervising and train for group work, operation and knowledge transferring.
  • Experienced in production planning, production control, Quality control, Method analysis, Inventory control, plan lay out and work measurement.
  • Established process flows wise operation, delegate task and accountability.
  • Schedule maintenance must be performed on time.
  • Coordinate and plan with other departments to achieve total objectives are accomplished timely in a cost-effective manner.
  • Control wastage materials, operating expenditure and manpower.
  • Report to top management on daily basis and proposed new technique and strategy.
  • Any other duties assigned by the authority

Education Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university or institute

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 3 to 4 years proven experience in related field.
  • Manpower handling capability
  • Must be Computer literate.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills.
  • Must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English.
