To deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
Plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with the department head and production people.
Monitoring product quality through the fabric in house to finished goods.
To assist the Dept. Head for day to day routine activities.
Proven capability to understand different buyers (H&M, WOOLWORTHS GROUP LIMITED, BRANDS OF SCANDINAVIA A/S, DUO FASHIONS GMBH, NEXT DIRECTORY LTD, PEACOCKS STORES LIMITED (PSL), BESTSELLER A/S,) different specifications & requirements.
Thorough knowledge of size set, pre-production activities, in line, and final inspection with proper documentation.
Should have good knowledge of fabrics construction, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, wash, sample, chemical treatment etc.
Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
Validates quality processes by establishing:
Product specifications and quality attributes.
Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
Education Requirements:
Minimum (Bachelor's Degree)
Additional Qualification:
Age 30 to 40 years

Must have experience in a renowned Knit Garments Factory.
Proven track record of handling reputed buyers mainly M&S, H&M, Puma etc.
Self - motivated and responsible.
Able to work under pressure.
Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
