Position: Supervisor - HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of HSE team and work as per HSE plan for the sites.
  • Educate workers about the company's safety policy and procedures that they need to follow strictly.
  • Construction safety should ensure other environment protection system/process.
  • Monitor safety performance of on-site workers.
  • Check workers to ensure that they are wearing the right type of PPE (helmets, mask, gloves, safety shoes, jackets, safety belt etc.) before they begin their shift at site.
  • Ensure safe dumping of construction materials.
  • Ensure proper protection for electrical and civil engineering works as per HSE policy.
  • Must respond promptly on any HSE hazards

Education Requirements:

Diploma in Science or Engineering from any reputed Technical college / HSC (Science Background).

Additional Qualification:

  • Age at least 40 years
  • At least 04 years hands on experience on HSE in construction sites.
  • Experience of HSE in other sectors maybe accepted so long as there is a significant proportion of the overall total experienced gained in the construction sector.
  • Consideration maybe given to person with lower academic qualification who have a higher level of relevant experience of at last 70% of the above the minimum required.
  • Proven experience as HSE supervisory role.
  • Good written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Sound Knowledge on HSE crisis management
