Position: Manager (Admin, HR & Compliance)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
  • To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities and report Head office in timely manner.
  • Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended up to 2018 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
  • Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e. recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and increment etc.
  • Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
  • Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
  • Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
  • To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, BTMA, BGMEA).
  • Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization
  • Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
  • Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
  • Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
  • Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
  • Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner
  • Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
  • Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
  • Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency
  • Any other assignment as per the decision of Management
  • Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex/OCS/GRS/GOTS and other Certification Audits)
  • To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party social compliance audit

Education Requirements:

Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation or MBA will be given preference

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 32 to 38 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply

  • Factory HR Administration Compliance.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile
