Position: Executive - HR

Vacancy: 02

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
  • Responsible for day to day HR operations particularly training and welfare and develop production efficiency related activities.
  • Manage the training process and ensure employees fit the role and organizational culture.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia, visual aids and other educational materials.
  • Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes and other factors.
  • Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
  • Assist in wide range of employee welfare areas such counseling, grievance handling and conflict management.
  • Prepared statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as work efficiency, absenteeism rates and turnover.
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management,

Education Requirements:

MBA/Masters in HRM from any reputed University. PGDHRM will get more preference.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 26 to 28 years
