Position: General Manager (Cotton Spinning Mills in Bangladesh)

Responsibilities:
Age 40 to 55 years
The candidate must be minimum B.Sc in Textile Graduate (Spinning).
The applicants should have experience in the Textile Engineering.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing).
Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% Cotton, PC/CVC, Melange, MVS Yarn and Fancy Yarns. Candidates with maintenance background will be preferred.
He should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern quality and production management system.
It is essential that he should work as a team leader to run a spinning mill as an efficient profit center.
Must be adequate knowledge for 70,000 spindles mills.
At least 20 years of working experience at senior level.
Appointed GM will have to stay in the mill site in Gazipur, Bangladesh
