Position: Executive - Accounts/ Audit

Vacancy: 05

Responsibilities:

  • Adequate knowledge about preparation and presentation of financial statements as per applicable laws and regulations.
  • To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
  • Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
  • Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealings and record and have to report to higher management.
  • Conduct internal audit as per Audit plan, Scope of Audit and Audit Program.
  • To assist in developing/modifying audit policy of the group time to time.
  • Conduct regular Market survey for price verification & quotation collection to verify procured items.
  • Check monthly salary sheet, wages sheet & OT sheet of the employees.
  • To maintain proper documentation system for future reference.
  • To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required/advised.
  • To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time.

Education Requirements:

Master degree in Accounting with CA (cc)

Additional Qualification:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Internal Audit
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven.
  • Able to work under pressure and for long time
