Position: Senior Manager (VAS)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible to manage the VAS team - content development, integration team, customer support team and work closely with Technical team.
  • Will be the representative of VAS department to Top management and will have to report accordingly.
  • The applicant will be responsible to monitor service penetration and traffic of on-going VAS services
  • The applicant will alert management of any casualties or regulatory issues with services.
  • He/She will have to maintain relationships with operators, partners and other relevant clients and will be responsible for correspondences with partners and clients/operators - pre and post launch. Also take care of after sales issues with solution providers.
  • Bridging between Operator, MNOS and in-house technical team.
  • Follow-up on existing partners & clients.
  • To improve commercial performance and customer experience of VAS.
  • Will have to support Head of New business with activities related to the acquisition of new partners & clients.
  • Research & gather statistical data on competitors before the development & Launching of new products and services of the company.
  • Advise on pricing strategies to the product commercial model development
  • Provide companies with vital information to help them make decisions on the promotion, distribution, and design of new products or services.
  • Help develop advertising brochures, flyers, and digital product portfolios for more international standard promotions.
  • Interested candidates must be internet savvy and knowledgeable to use different web and apps services to help grow the company
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Take on any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
