Position: Visa Counselor (Female)

Vacancy: Not specific

Responsibilities:

  • Must be experienced Visa Consultant, worldwide Immigration, work permit/visit/migration visa process.
  • Must have experience of talking with the customers about visa related issues.
  • Experience of Visa consultancy/Visa Processing/Immigration/Visit Visa/Work Permit Visa/Family Migration Visa.
  • Should have good experience in Schengen, Europe, Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Japan Visa Process.
  • Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
  • Accurate counseling direct & over the phone.
  • Provide all information needed for a Job & Visit visa
  • Expert for Client handle face to face.
  • Meet & Greet clients make and receive phone calls.
  • Maintain good communication with clients
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
  • Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor business plans.

Education Requirements:

Graduation from a reputed university will get preference HSC, A Level, Honors, Bachelor degree or BBA, Master or MBA

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • 2 to 5 years the applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Visa Counselor, Visa Officer, Visa Consultant Officer.
  • Should have a good experience Immigration system.
  • Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skill especially client handle, official work & formal emails.
  • Leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
  • Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
  • Necessary training will be provided.
  • Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.
  • Must have good communication skills over English language.
  • Should know computer basic knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing, Internet, graphic design etc)
  • Should have eligibility to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent Communication skill.
