Position: Executive, Finance & Accounts

Vacancy: 03

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and preparing all kind of bills, vouchers, cash book and different registers related to accounting
  • Check daily expenditures, voucher, requisition and daily transactions.
  • Supervising Fixed Assets, Inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting Functions
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheet and subsidiary records for every transaction.
  • Responsible for Petty Cash funds and weekly reports for reimbursement.
  • Fund requisition analysis and submit to management for day to day activities
  • Responsible for monthly/ quarterly financial reporting.
  • Maintaining of party ledger books.
  • Preparing month closing reports independently
  • Stock register maintenance & stock analysis
  • Maintain all receivable & issue document properly and maintain all stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
  • Perform any other task given by the Management.

Education Requirements:

BCom/ Mcom in Accounting/Finance. MBA/ BBA in accounting with sound academic back ground

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
