Position: Consultant, Company Affairs

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular liaison and establish good relations with all the law enforcement agencies such as RAB, CID, SB, DB, NSI, etc. especially with the concerned officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs in the interest of the organization.
  • Always maintain liaison with officers of all levels of police department at police station in district level, especially in the project and project office area of the organization and maintain constant contact with police officers in Dhaka metropolitan area.
  • Maintain liaison with political figures at all levels in order to make the external administrative work of the organization faster and more efficient and to maintain constant contact with all political figures from the grassroots to the highest level in the project and project office areas of the organization.
  • Keep watchful to avoid unwanted, unpleasant situation on any project or any place related of the organization and take immediate action in case of any kind of emergent situation.
  • Supervise all types of case litigation of the organization such as date of case, attendance, settlement of case, withdrawal of case, withdrawal of warrant etc. and take appropriate steps to resolve these issues so that no untoward incident arises at any stage.
  • Maintain regular contact with the lawyers of the Court in order to facilitate and expedite the disposal of litigation and to ensure the desired outcome on behalf of the organization.
  • Preserve all the necessary information of the concerned ministry, department related to the organization.
  • Always maintain a rich database by storing and updating the information of transferring of any person related to the organization working in any ministry / department and update information of the new person appointed in that post of important persons of the concerned department.
  • Maintain regular contact with all types of internal and external individuals / organizations of the organization to enhance the image, reputation and brand value of the organization.
  • Supervise all types of public relations work of the organization.
  • Participate in various social development activities on behalf of the organization and organize social development activities as requirement.
  • Submit updated reports of all types of lawsuits/litigation/case of the organization to the management authorities regularly.
  • Other job as and when assigned by Top Management.

Education Requirements:

MBA/Master's in any field from UGC recognized university. Skills Required: Challenging, communication and interpersonal skill.

Additional Qualification:

  • Retired Major or above ranked from Bangladesh Army / Retired Cadre base officer from Bangladesh police will get preference.
  • More than 15 years experienced in Corporate Affairs at Real Estate sector or Group of companies will get preference.
  • Knowledge on Real Estate related issues
