Recruitment of employees
Maintain confidential records, including personnel files.
Coordinate training activities for employees.
Grievance Handling
Provide counsel to employees on disciplinary issues, work related issues, career enhancement and developmental opportunities within the company.
Maintain the Employee Relations Strategy for the location and organize periodic updates with Production Manager, Plant Staff, General Manager HR and other members of the General Management Team.
Oversee local Administrative and PR activities
Oversee the plant Health & Safety program, affirmative action plan, and all other statutory compliance issues.
Perform other special projects and assignments as directed.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, IR
Age 38 to 45 years

Needs to have good computer skills
