Ensure proper quality for Machine & Table Printing. Need to ensure knit garments printing like RUBBER, GLITTER, FLOCK, LAMINATION, SUBLIMATION, PHOTO PRINT, HIGH DENSITY, FOIL, etc. Excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various printing related day to day problems occur while sampling or bulk production Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing. Validates quality processes by establishing: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and production compliance targets. Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure production target and a high standard of quality. Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes. Making sure that all hourly production and QA records, data & information are available to the general manager Ensuring non conforming products are identified and placed on restriction. Responsible for the review and update of the programmed production plans. Awareness of regulatory requirements and customer service expectations. Ensuring activities in the production quality plan are carried out. Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints. Coordinating with merchandisers regarding buyer's instructions. Focusing on the risk issues before starting the pre-production meeting & size set checking. Qualities follow up as per buyer requirement. Conducting the final inspection with the responsible QA to monitor the actual quality standard of the factory. Ensure printing grading & measurement. Reduce alteration % and reject %. Ensure wash test report satisfactory as per buyer requirement.
