Position: DreamApps ERP Technical Manager for Development & Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Business process Analysis & Design, Resource and Report development for dreamApps
• Ability to prepare sales presentation on offering ERP software for the customers.
• Skilled in requirements analysis and project documentation.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical project stakeholders.
• Expertise in current and emerging trends and techniques.
• Directs development teams with precise objectives by studying client requirements.
• Customer facing on pre/post-sales meetings, planning, monitoring, and appraising project outcomes.
• Prepare Requirement Management, SRS, BRS, Use Cases, FRS, User Stories, Design Diagram, DDD, Test Cases etc.
• Create the deliverable Sprint & ensure the delivery on time.
• Manage Multiple Projects simultaneously.
• identify, troubleshoot and resolve live systems issues.
• Process Flow analysis and select the Key point for scope of work for the Software development team.
• Requirement engineering, System analysis, design & development independently with the integrated system.
• Monitor performance & fine tune parameters to provide optimum performance.
• Working on financial data analysis.
• Supervising the ERP Implementation Process.
• Providing continuous support to end-user independently.
• Developing several modules of ERP Software.
• Plan & implement new technology and various services which accelerate daily work and provide maximum outcome.
• Design and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning Database Server architecture and security.
• Monitor use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Identify need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to management.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Qualification:

• Age 26 to 37 years
