Position: HR Officer

Vacancy: 02

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare & issue the office note, attendance, leave, movement memo, Staff/Officer personal file & circular in respect of HR issues.
  • Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & incentives, Final settlement bill, etc.
  • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend a participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • Ensure the implementation of the compliance according to Compliance manuals.
  • Have to monitor all health & safety and environmental issues in the whole Office premises.
  • Execute day-to-day HR functions that include recruitment & selection process, leave & attendance management, Salary Preparation Procedure.
  • Manage Employee final settlement procedure, Performance Appraisal etc.
  • Maintain and continuously update the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS).
  • Drafting office orders, reports, notes, notices, circulars, e-mails, letters, policies, meeting minutes and any other issues finalizing and circulating as per instruction.
  • Maintain office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy.
  • Handle employee grievances, turnover, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Prepare regular reports relevant to HR operations.
  • Check & prepare a weekly fire system report.
  • Any other responsibility as and when given task by the management.

Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 32 to 36 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments and Textile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing.
  • Should have good knowledge on HR, Admin & compliance
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
