Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Prepare contents for publications, press articles /releases, websites, speeches, case studies, digital medias, advertisements and other communication materials those communicate the organization's activities, products or services (both English and Bangla);
• Responsible for preparing and publication of Case study, Brochure, Leaflet, Poster, Magazine, Newsletter, Education and awareness building materials;
• Responsible for disseminating and publishing of all types of organizational news, articles through print and electronic medias;
• Responsible for planning and making various video documentaries about MSS activities;
• Visit MSS working areas for the purpose of case studies and documentary preparation;
• Prepare stories/anecdotes for publications in print media including social media;
• Responsible for design, develop and updating of all activity documentaries and publications of MSS in a timely manner;
• Plan, organize, conduct and coordinate all types of seminars, workshops, talk shows and other events of the organization including a wide range of media coverage as and when necessary;
• Responsible to ensure different national/international day observation with media coverage;
• Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics;
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) to establish for branding of MSS.
• Social Media Content development, uploading and editing, writing articles and blogging; Proofread and edit blog posts before publication;
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies);
• Contribute to organization's different publications and documentation i.e. organizational profile, brochure, concept paper, EOI, annual reports and proposal writing;
• Quality translations from Bangla to English and vice versa;
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of MSS Media & Public Affairs Unit;
• Establish and maintain effective media relations, placement and distribution of information material and creative partnerships to promote optimum visibility of organization's activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with other relevant organizations, donor/sponsors, service providers, government agencies and community organizations.
• Such other relevant responsibilities to meet the requirement of organizational need and as directed by the supervisor.

Education Requirements:

Master of Arts (MA), Master of Arts (MA)

Additional Qualification:

• Age at most 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Experience:
• At least 6-8 years of practical experience in the relevant field in which at least 02 years in the similar position/role in any reputed National/International NGOs/Developments Agencies/Reputed companies/Newspaper/Media houses.
• Skill and Competencies:
• i) Must have excellent writing, editing and proofreading capabilities/skills in both English and Bangla.
• ii) Must have good hands-on experience in preparing press articles /releases, websites, speeches, case studies, contents for digital medias, advertisements, case study, brochure, leaflet, poster, magazine, newsletter and other communication materials (both English and Bangla);
