Position: Production Manager – Knit Garments Industries.

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  1. To Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors / In Charge.
  2. To manage technical and proper production line of Knit Garments.
  3. To follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
  4. To analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
  5. To analyze quality data and discussion with other team members.
  6. To perform other production related duties and responsibilities.
  7. To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
  8. To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
  9. Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
  10. Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
  11. Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
  12. Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity. Improvement of existing products using optimized level of raw material.
  13. Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement.
  14. Basic Knowledge of Worker HR Issues.
  15. Must have Technical, Supply Chain & Social Compliance Audit Knowledge.
  16. Proper Knowledge of 5S.
  17. Ability to increase employee’s skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline. Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure.

Additional Qualification:

  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must have experience to work with major buyers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good command of quality control processes.
  • Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
  • Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
