Position: Officer HR, Admin & Compliance

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day to Day HR, Admin and Compliance works.
  • Screen resumes and candidates to match position requirement.
  • Assist conduct interviews and/ or co-ordinate interview appointments for interviewers on a timely basis.
  • Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
  • Preparation and managing workers and staff's personal files, update leave state and Monthly salary sheet.
  • Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the workers
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures and welfare issues.
  • To follow-up 100% implementation of buyer's COC and Labour law 2006.
  • Maintain compensation & benefit program for all employees.
  • Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
  • Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements
  • Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Compliance policies and procedures.
  • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
  • To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
  • To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively
  • To maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance
  • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement
  • To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
  • To monitor daily worker's safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis
  • To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training etc. effectively

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
