Position: Assistant Manager, Collection & Recovery

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring past due and contacting buyers for received payments.
  • Completing and presenting quarterly bad/uncollected sales reports.
  • Prepare risk grade, non-accrual and charge off recommendations.
  • Implementing strategies to collect and/or upgrade problem sales summary.
  • Review file documentation on bad parties.
  • 6. Collecting accounts receivable (due amount) from dealer and related customer regularly in an amicable way and depositing it in companies account properly.
  • Taking challenge to meet the credit recovery target and report to the Management.
  • Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
  • 9. Daily, Weekly and monthly report regarding payment, dues, pending issues. Direct interaction with selected dealer in resolving receivables delinquencies Communicate, set payment date and collect payment from allocated customers as per credit arrangement.
  • Contact & frequent customer visit to ensure optimum collection.
  • Coordinate Sales team to resolve the issue to expedite the collection effort.
  • Analyze delinquent account, recommendation for resolution of high risk account of assigned customers.
  • Negotiate payment programs with delinquent customers, bad sales recovery and take the records.
  • Working closely with Head of Finance and Accounts to respond to credit and collection
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.
  • Ensuring recovery activity is undertaken with full compliance with all relevant legislation, client and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure and handling of complicated customers about their overdues.
  • Monitor and take legal actions against the customers to recover dues.
  • Recover long term overdues amount from the customers.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline LLB(Hon's) will get preference.
