Position: Project Manager (Software Engineering)

Responsibilities:

  • EATL is a leading ICT and software development company working with the government/autonomous bodies, private organizations, INGOs, donors and some world most renowned IT expertise organizations. We are urgently hiring for Project Manager. This is a technical position to provide technical solutions in delivering business outcomes with team.

Education Requirements:

M.Sc. in CSE or MBA from a reputed university. B.Sc. in CSE from a reputed university.

Additional Qualification:

  • This is a senior position in the Technical Division at EATL who will provide ICT solutions in delivering business outcomes to public, private and development sectors and will report to Technology Head.
  • Experience in project management with software development i.e. in .Net, PHP or Mobile Apps development environment is required. Experience and training on software quality assurance will be treated as added advantage.
  • Experience in project planning, estimation, management, monitoring & evaluation with appropriate strategies, policies to meet the company objectives and clients need.
  • Ability to maintain good relationship with partners/clients, networking and business leads and developing a deep understanding of their requirements for providing solutions in long-term business strategies.
  • Capacity to direct, supervise, support and coordinate the project team, and work in coordination with technical and business development team for performance based targets and interactions with clients.
  • Excellent project report writing, agreement and contract paper understanding, presentation and communication skill is essential. Attractive personality with the ability to motivate and inspire the team members for exceptional performance.
  • Technical Requirement:
  • Framework, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, JAVA, Oracle, virtualization technology, DevOps, SVN, cloud deployment, project management tools, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Requirement analysis, system design, database design and preparing software requirement specifications, technical documentation, etc.
  • managing projects across cross functional teams
  • Cloud deployment and DevOps experience in a plus.
  • Experienced in deployment of micro service architecture Kubernetes/Docker
  • Analysis & solution design, problem solving, team leading and good communication skills.
  • Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience in team environment where at least 5+ years in Team Lead/technical project management experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects
