Position: AGM - Sizing & Weaving

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
  • Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
  • Ensure smooth execution of fabric production of the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
  • Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
  • Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
  • Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
  • Coordinate all department for smooth Fabric manufacturing.
  • Closely monitor production get the best possible output along with give proper direction in the floor.
  • Setup production line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
  • Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
  • Lead all production staffs from the front and having good command on them.
  • Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
  • Always have to communicate with the production team and planning team and solve every production issues related to production and planning.
  • Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
  • Experienced to work with latest compliance system.
  • Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
  • Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with departmental Head as well as top management.
  • Ensuring production operations as per set SOPs.

Education Requirements:

  • B.Sc/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Preferable from Public University)

Additional Qualification:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile, IE, Production Management (Weaving), and Quality Assurance

6 Years
