4. Analyze the change requests and identify the detailed technical requirements.
5. Ensure that the change requests and the implementation issues are properly understood by the concerned.
6. Prepare detailed plan for change initiatives and execute in time with expected quality.
7. Ensure that projects are appropriately planned and executed as per plan.
8. Work for multiple projects at a time to ensure continuous competency developments.
9. Continuously explore new technologies to upgrade existing products and apply latest technologies for new products.
10. Maintain standard documentation for each development to ensure that the development process can be shared in a secured manner.
11. Follow the established project management guidelines of Renessa for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluations of projects.
12. Mentor and develop the reporting team members to improve their competencies for better performance and career progression
