Lead the entire Administration Department in the Factory office.
Maintain liaison with different govt. offices & local law enforcing agencies (power, water, gas, telephone etc).
Supervise the activities of the Administration Staffs in all Factories. And also look after their performance management, performance appraisal and career progression issues in consultation with the Top-Management.
Analyze data of expenditure and take remedial action to control the cost.
Look after the performance of Common Service Staffs like Security Guards, Drivers, Office Assistant, Peon etc.
Ensure the Proper Management of office equipment.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Execute company's administrative plans, policies and decisions taken by the management.
MRS posting computer and Monthly report preparing.
Monthly & Yearly inventory preparing.
Providing full information about the availability of materials & goods etc. where so necessary by maintaining proper stores record with help of store ledger etc
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Admin HR, Business Communication, Compliance
