Position: Asst.Manager (HR)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • All documentation relating to Human Resources to be organized and maintain database so that any document could be find out shortest possible time and provide to the user end as required.
  • Work as primary spokesperson on HR Policies and Procedures.
  • To ensure timely recruitment of required level.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit &
  • Incentive schemes.
  • Monitoring & follow up of team progress on job posting, CV Screening, Selection
  • & interview taking.
  • KPI Analysis as per Job description & Job analysis for Accurate Annual performance appraisal preparation & Promotion.
  • Arrange Employee induction program & organize staff development program.
  • Ensure social aspects-working conditions, labor standards & human rights.
  • Post employees' personal data, other important data, etc into HRIS & update when required.
  • Lead the team with proper assignment distribution, coordination, cooperation & follow-up.
  • Monitor Salary & Wages Administration.
  • Continuous communication with the respective department/division for ensuring training and development .
  • Ensure preparation of in-house training plan.
  • Mentoring staffs of all department.
  • Guiding HR team in ensuring proper coordination, communication and follow up.
  • Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
  • Ensure Employment of No Child/Child Looking Workers are in practice.
  • Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
  • Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Ensuring all the HR operational activities.

Education Requirements:

  • Masters degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • MBA in HRM /Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) will give preference.
  • Skills Required: HRM

Additional Qualification:

  • Age at least 30 years

Experience:

5 Years
