Responsibilities:

• Establishes an automated security management system and supervises day to day activities of security team to ensure overall security of factory premises /assets in order to reduce number of theft/unlawful cases. In Addition, S/he provides support to form an effective SOP (material receipt, storage and dispatch) in all internal / external stores.
• Maintains good relation and liaison with Pouroshova , fire service and civil defense , Poribesh Odidaptar,Boiler Poridarshak Karjaloy ,Kalkarkhana Audidaptar, Local Government Bodies, and Government Offices to renew licenses in order to ensure smooth business operations
• Supervises and monitors housekeeping system to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the production floor , factory premises at all time in order to support compliance team in handling any announced / surprise audit
• Maintains close contact with Gov/Semi-Gov/Private organization , local influential figures , Law enforcement authorities , Media to effectively response to major emergency and accidents
• Needs to deal with industrial dispute, labor court, IR as per Bangladesh Labor law-2006 to avoid crisis situation in order to reduce number of legal issues
• Needs to develop existing transport management system to ensure proper safety of vehicles
• Coordinates and executes all aspects of protocol support (E.g. transport, food, seating arrangements) for buyers and auditors, guests.
• Issues, circulates various office order, Show-cause letter , monitors workers/employees day to day attendance, investigates criminal , unlawful act in order to ensure internal discipline.

Education Requirements:

• BBA/ MBA/ Masters in public administration/ LLB from any UGC approved university
• Educational qualification would not be the only determination factor in selecting the right candidate. However, Candidates from other background (Educational) with right mind set, good self-image, confidence,relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
