Position: Senior Vice President / Vice President (Admin & HR Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, leading, and controlling all administrative procedures and systems.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge in Human Resource Management.
  • Establishing short- and long-term goals, budgeting for HR expenses, and networking with outside peers and organizations when needed to achieve goals.
  • Must have the ability of providing guidance to develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures according to company laws and regulations.
  • Must have the ability to identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources.
  • Have to develop adequate induction and training.
  • Must be methodical, with a good eye for detail.
  • Must be well organized, with an orderly mind.
  • Have to deal promptly with correspondence.
  • Strong Analytical skills, independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management in due course.

Education Requirements:

  • MBA / Masters from a reputed university with major in HRM or Post Graduate Diploma on HRM qualified from BIM.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age at least 40 years
  • At least 10 years' experience in Admin & HR Department of any reputed company preferably in non-life insurance company.
  • Proficient in IT and computer skills.
  • Strong communication skill (written & verbal) in both English and Bangla language.
  • Ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure.
  • Strong management, adaptability, team work, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
