Guide and support to patient care delivery team regularly with ensuring quality care as per protocol.
Organize equipment/materials for providing service in HOPE Birth center in cooperation with the Project Coordinator/ Project Manager of the program
Assist to manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel and resources in relation to cost containment.
Implement clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
Give support and guideline for providing counseling and advising before and after screening and tests
Regular monitoring and visiting to all birth centers as schedule to confirm the quality care with maintaining ICM standard
Assessing and evaluating all beneficiaries' needs and acting accordingly as protocol.
Perform productivity increase strategies and optimize clinical staff and procedural value.
Make sure to take initiative for Identifying high-risk pregnancies/other patients by centers staff and initial stabilization of obstetrical emergencies and referral to higher levels of care
Supervise and direction to midwives regarding respectful care, labour position, mothers in labor, monitoring the condition of the fetus and using knowledge of drugs and pain management as well as ICM standard.
Ensure using evidence based clinical care with all women and newborn.
Ensuring that no patient leaves the facility without being offered services.
Signing the contract with HOPE Foundation with full understanding of terms and conditions therein.
Ensuring patient friendly behavior, respectful maternity care, and display good manners and ethics.
Make sure maintaining of referral mechanism -making justified and timely decision for referrals to a secondary facility for high-risk pregnancy
Confirming care of equipment and ensuring it is maintained in suitable areas. Verify accuracy of items delivered and label and store away in appropriate and agreed areas.
Make a training plan and conduct training as per need to improve midwives knowledge as well as develop competencies.
Ensuring a safe, supportive environment for the center based on mutual trust and respect and maintaining confidentiality of clients concerns and records.
Provide proper instruction and follow the Infection Prevention protocol and Waste Management guidelines provided by HOPE.
Maintaining excellent communication with Hope and others stakeholders and be very vigilant and smart to respond to phone calls/SMS and emails.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
MPH degree holder from reputed University/Institute/School will be given preference.
