To develop strategies plan using various marketing techniques to increase product sales with on time export proceed repatriation. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attractions.
To support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
Should be able to develop business with new market.
To play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
To be role played as team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
To deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of marketing and merchandising activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
To calculate & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the cost price, sample & capacity/space booking.
To coordinate daily operational activities in pre-production, sample development, costing and consumption of orders.
To advise factory/production/quality team on fabrics, production, quality etc. related technical issues.
To communicate with client/customer on a regular basis to provide up-to-date info with regard to the status of production and shipment of garments.
To coordinate with concerned departments/officials in the whole process (i.e., development to the approval of line review, fit pre-production, shipment samples, etc.) and ensure maintenance of records accordingly.
To ensure that production plan is prepared and maintained by the factory to meet the delivery deadlines.
To ensure that day to day review is made on feedback received from team members on various issues including production status and corrective actions are taken in time.
To give monthly report on sales and marketing and attend meetings of marketing and management team.
Education Requirements:
Minimum graduate or Diploma in Textile Engineering
Additional Qualification:
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising & Marketing
Must be fluent on reading, writing and speaking English.
Must have the vast knowledge on computer operation.
