Position: Assistant General Manager - IT, MIS & ERP

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and submit to ERP development team for ensuring accurate implementation.
• Manage time to time change requests in ERP and other ERP related software, conduct UAT and work for implementation in the field.
• Ensure development related payment to the concerned vendors of ERP and other related software
• Developing and implementing IT Automation System, policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Basic Knowledge about ERP Software and maintain MIS data of organization.
• Ability to manage of Top Management IT Support.
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Server Configuration, Maintenance & Troubleshoot.
• Proxy Server configuration, maintenance, troubleshoots (Use For: Internet User Website access control).
• Mikrotik Router configuration, maintenance, troubleshoots (Use For: Internet User Bandwidth control).
• Mail Server configuration, maintenance, troubleshoot (Use For: Rupayan Group mail cross pond).
• ERP Server Backup, security, Hardware problem troubleshoot.
• Domain Server configuration, maintenance (Use For: User Data Share, Storage and Security).
• Oracle Server Maintenance (Use For: RHEL & RPL Accounts software).
• Antivirus server maintenance (User connection, Rules for the user).
• X Location server configuration, maintenance, troubleshoot (Backup server ERP & Domain).
• Networking & Communication: (CISCO Switch configuration, maintenance, troubleshoot.
• Local LAN Extension, maintenance, troubleshoots Network Sharing (Domain Server connection for User Data Share, Storage and Security).
• Printer Sharing (Network Printer, USB Connected).
• Network Security (Internal LAN: Antivirus Server, External: Firewall).
• Internet communication active at Head office, Branch office, selective project
• Finger Machine setup, maintenance. (User for: Daily attendance at Head office, Branch office & Project).
• Computer Hardware: Full Corporate knowledge of Computer hardware (Desktop, Laptop Troubleshoot)
• Updating with new ICT technology:
• Basic Knowledge about CCTV Security Camera Surveillance and Digital Attendance System.

Education Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science

Additional Qualification:

• Age at most 38 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Minimum 2 years in the similar position.
• CCNA & CCNP certified candidates will get preference
• Knowledge on application software management over different OS
• Knowledge on Mail, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
• Should have adequate Knowledge on- Visual Basic, C #, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS, Java Script, MS Sql Server 2005 or 2008, ASP. Net, PHP, MySql, Oracle, Hypertext markup language HTML, JavaScript
• Self driven and hard working.
