Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management. Prepare sales & bank reconciliation statement
Maintain cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers. Prepare monthly, weekly reconciliation report.
Daily, weekly and Monthly accounts related report preparation and checking
Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
Bank & Cash posting in Tally Software.
Receive cheque & cash from concerned department & deposit to the bank.
Must be knowledge in MS Office & Accounting Software
Education Requirements:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
Additional Qualification:
Age at least 25 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Proven Experience both in the local and multinational work environment preferable in Garments Accessories.
Pro-actively Trouble shoot and problem-solving capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative work relationships within the team.
Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
Well conversant in MS-office, especially in tally software.
Sound Knowledge about journals, accounting books, Microsoft Excel & Word
