• Conducts assessment center, Designs Assessment Center Matrix.
• Assists to design role wise Competency Mapping and organization wide competency framework .
• Develops training materials, Assists to execute yearly/half yearly training plan .
• Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues .
BBA / MBA (preferably majoring HR).
• PGDHRM and having related HR Certification would add advantage.
