Responsibilities:

• New Site Acquisition:
• Acquisition of site involves the following steps:
• Radio Design
• Design Document containing site coordinates search area ring information is issued by Planning Department
• Site Hunting
• Based on the coordinates provided by Planning, Vendor will check for Sharing possibility as Priority. Vendor will for proceed for BL Own Site if the Sharing site is not Validated from Banglalink end.
• A visit is planned by Site Acquisition to hunt 3 valid candidates within the search ring within 1wk. A valid candidate has a clear visibility of Power Connection, is located within the search ring, does not have any major blocking facing any of the 3 sectors of a site, is feasible from construction point of view, has at least 8/10 feet wide passage leading to the site and is free of any ownership dispute
• Preliminary Title verification of the said property is done by Acquisition
• Site Validation
• A Technical draft is arranged to the most suitable candidate. Joint visit team consists of Production, Radio planning and Technical Acquisition Reps. The team analyses the available candidate and accepts or rejects the said candidate based on the information available on ground.
• Line of Site Survey is conducted by transmission for the accepted/validated candidate.
• Production conducts structure feasibility analysis or soil test analysis for rooftop and Greenfield sites respectively.
• Site Leasing
• Ownership documents are procured from the landlord and in-house title is verified by acquisition legal team.
• Rental negotiations have to be done with the owner based on the historical data and profile of the area.
• During negotiation with the HO, land lord or authority vendor will keep the rent based on the historical data and negotiate with the concern that Banglalink will pay three months' advance during signing of the agreement.
• Vendor will take the Rent validation from Banglalink
• After finalization of rent negotiation & ownership documents verification, site acquisition team conduct land demarcation in case of GF sites through govt. registered Land surveyor of particular area
• Lease Agreement is signed by Banglalink
• Lease agreement is signed by Landlord.
• All necessary permissions from govt/semi govt/ authority etc will be taken by vendor
• The timeline to make the Lease Agreement for a sites shouldn't exceed 1 weeks from the date of draft done. & RFC will be given by vendor within 1wk after lease & cheque
• Lease Amendment
• Objective:
• To ensue continuation of the site, need to amend the agreement for any changes in existing clauses for the requirement like, ownership changes, rental changes etc.
• Service Description:
• Business partner must visit the HO/LL and approach for contact amendment with the terms and condition prescribed by BL user team site by site. Need to collect documents for the requirement of legal vetting. upon BL approval, need to execute the agreement and ensure the first payment as per the agreement if dues.
• Lease Renewal
• Objective:
• To ensue continuation of the site, need to renew the agreement with the space owners which are expired or to be expired shortly.
• Service Description:
• Business partner must visit the HO/LL and approach for contact renewal with the terms and condition prescribed by BL user team site by site. upon BL approval, need to execute the agreement and ensure the first payment as per the agreement.
• NOC collection from space owner
• Objective:
• To ensue additional installation/Modification of the site, need to ensue HO/LL NOC.
• Service Description:
• Business partner must visit the HO/LL and approach NOC in respect of Banglalink requirement. Additional agreement may execute in this regard upon Banglalink approval. Any sort of permission letter or any sort of oral permission may be considered as the NOC from HO/LL.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• 1-2-year Experience in Relevant field is preferred.
