Position: Public Relation Officer

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Having a good acquaintances and practical work experiences with all reputed Embassies/High Commissions, Media Houses, Event Management Consultants, Brand Promotion Agencies, Global Standard Hotels/Motels, Conference/Convention Centers of the Country.
  • Liaising with all relevant Clients/Agencies of the Company, managing media and event management people for organizing Promotional & Recreational Events such as Press Conferences, Launching Ceremonies, Exhibitions/Fairs, Tours, Travels, Visa Processing etc.
  • Analyzing Media Coverage, Writing & Producing Presentations and Conducting Press Releases.
  • Dealing with all required Enquiries from General People, Press & Media Personnel/Houses and relevant Organizations or Agencies.
  • Representing Companies in different Forums and speaking publicly at Interviews, Press Conferences and General Conferences.
  • Record Keeping, Designing Reports, Writing, Presentations, Leaflets, Publicity Brochures, Themes, Articles, News Letters, POSM and Promotional Activities of the Company.
  • Other relevant Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education Requirements:

Masters / MBA in Management / Media & Communication / Art & Culture / Journalism from reputed Public Universities. Candidates from the University of Dhak

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Proven working Experience as a Public Relation / Record Officer.
  • The Applicants should have Experience in similar Position of the following Business Areas: Sales & Distribution Oriented Company / Multinational Company / Telecommunication / News & Media House / Event Management Firm etc.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
  • To have the capacity to work logically and systematically.
  • To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team.
  • To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems independently.
  • To have excellent communication & presentation skills both in Bengali and English.
  • To be able to negotiate and use analytical & budgeting skills.
  • To have a positive attitude towards continued learning & development.
