Responsibilities:

• Server Management:
• Deploy, Configure and Manage Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Object, IIS Server, File Server, Print Server, TCP/IP, FTP, Server Migration (ADC-PDC), Load Balancing, Fail-over Cluster, SCEP, WSUS, etc.).
• Deploy, Configure and Manage all Servers on Microsoft Hyper-V & the Automatic Backup Systems on Microsoft Hyper-V Replica:
• Configure RAID Level 5, 10 and 50 with a hot spare
• Manage more than 1 (One) RAID group on same server
• Help CAMPE manage information technology and systems
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Manage and Administration of Email server (Microsoft Exchange 365)
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Analysis, Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Analysis, Design, Deploy/Implement, Configure, Upgrade, Maintenance and Troubleshoot in the area of the ICT platform [Server (Physical & Virtual- Microsoft Hyper-V), Workstation, LAN (Wired & Wi-Fi), WAN, Network Devices and Various types of Hardware, Software etc.]
• Network Management:
• Manage and Administration of LAN (Wired & Wi-Fi), WAN
• Control end-user internet access, bandwidth management through MikroTik router including Wi-Fi, Manage VPN, Cisco Routing & Switching, etc.
• Website & Social Media Management:
• Manage website using CMS & C panel
• Manage Facebook Page & YouTube Channel
• Vendor Management:
• Vendor management for Internet Connectivity, Website, Accounting & HRM software, Online NGO Directory, Android Apps, etc.
• Capacity Building and up skilling:
• Plan and contribute to capacity building of CAMPE staff on ICT
• Contribute to adopt new technologies and upgrade CAMPE's ICT infrastructure and policy time to time.
• ICT System Support:
• Advance Level of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Computer skill (MS Office, SPSS and database).
• ICT System support, End-user ICT helpdesk
• Ensure virus-free IT environment
• Preserve ICT assets, information security and control structures
• Handle annual budget of ICT and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Prepare software & hardware requirement specifications for tender
• Prepare technical comparative statement
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy:
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Undertake other activities as and when deemed necessary or as directed by CAMPE authority.

Education Requirements:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science
• No 3rd class/division will be considered for the position
• Female candidate with equal qualifications will be given preference.
• Skills Required: Advanced IT skills

Additional Qualification:

• Age at most 35 years
