Position: Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

• As Factory Manager, the position holder will be responsible for managing the employees and end to end operations of Mould & Die Production Units using available machinery/technology and process norms to ensure smooth, efficient & cost-effective production & customer Support requirements of Ceramics Mould Production.
• Responsible for production & manpower planning on past and future production projections based on factory floor level capabilities and constraints.
• Responsible for full production and quality line and machine wise job distribution to the operators.
• Leads and monitors the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to perform the jobs effectively to enhance the productivity.
• Capable to understand the requirement of customer which is specified in drawing (2D & 3D) measurement and ensuring to production process.
• Encourages and ensures autonomous maintenance by production operators for all maintenance jobs in the Mould & Die Manufacturing CNC Machine & other Machines (Previous experience).
• Develops effective plans & procedures/SOPs to provide effective maintenance and utility related support to the required areas.
• Identifies areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.
• Evaluates & monitors the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
• Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery.
• Raw materials requirement calculation and submissions to concern and take preventive action to avoid shortage of raw materials.
• Having knowledge on isostatic upper punch
• Technical Parameter:
• Capable to make ceramic tile mother punch (for flat item like flat lower/upper punch, surface punch lower punch), liner and assembling as per drawing.
• Understanding mould drawing and assign job to be operate and make quality checkup.
• Experience in servicing & repairing damage mould.
• CNC machine related experience & Problem shooting of some programming experience.
• Understanding 2D-3D design & drawing, Tool shop related experience (must have)
• Having knowledge on metal stamping tools, high pressure die cast tools, tiles matrix, punch & die manufacturing systems.
• Responsible for full production with quality as per customer requirements and deliver the goods within the lead time set by sales team.
• Must have previous experience in surface grinding, Milling & Welding related activities.
• Documented proper Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD & T) of punch & moulds.
• Have the ability to do correction on design (BOM).
• Assign job to the operators, lead & monitor their activities and provide proper guidance to enhance the productivity.
• Capable to calculate raw materials consumption and take preventive action for availability of raw materials with having close contact with all concern
• Precision tools elements manufacturing operation's estimation and purchase.

Education Requirements:

Graduation in any univercity

• Age 30 to 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area (s):
• Person working in the tiles manufacturing factory with a press related work will be given priority.
• Ceramic Mould Manufacturing, Ceramic Technology
• Manufacturing (Light engineering & Heavy Industry), Tiles/Ceramic
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must have good leadership and interpersonal skill to lead the production team.
• Must be a team player, well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
