The candidate must have adequate knowledge in financial statement (Profit/Loss A/C, Balance sheet & cash flow statement.)
To ensure timely Data Entry in the Electronic Accounting System.
To preparing, Maintaining and Entering Bank related transactions.
To prepare all kinds of voucher.
To prepare Bank Reconciliation.
To maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Cross check the payment with bills and ensure the nature of expense.
LC related transactions posting.
Maintain correspondence with Bank/Leasing institutions.
Petty cash voucher checking;
Recording and reporting all inter-company transactions;
Any kind of task assigned by Management time to time.
To prepare financial statement for reporting to higher management.
Education Requirements:
M.Com or Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Accounting
Public University is given priority.
Additional Qualification:
Only males are allowed to apply
Maximum age limit 30 years in case of Sr. Officer.
At least 4 years' experience is required in case of Sr. Officer.
Sound knowledge on Accounting.
Computer related skill is a must.
Good communication skill in speaking and writing English is required.
Can do attitude.
